Each Shock Doctor mouthguard comes with detailed 'Boil and Bite' instructions. For a perfect fit, follow the timing precisely to allow the Gel-Fit liner to mold to your unique teeth alignment.
What is the Dental Warranty and how does it work?
We stand behind our protection. Most Shock Doctor mouthguards include a dental warranty that covers repair or replacement of natural teeth injured while wearing our product. Registration is required after purchase.
How should I clean and maintain my protective gear?
Mouthguards should be rinsed with cold water or an anti-bacterial mouthwash after every use. For compression shorts and supporters, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to preserve elastic integrity.
What is your return policy for worn items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, mouthguards and athletic supporters cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
